Doug Hance is a trial and appellate lawyer and a partner in Caiola & Rose’s litigation practice. Doug developed his expertise as a partner at a large, well-respected law firm in Atlanta before joining Caiola & Rose. 

Doug’s national litigation practice focuses on representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex business disputes involving franchises, real estate, contracts, trademarks, fraud, and consumer protection. Doug represents clients in trial and appellate courts throughout the United States.

Doug has successfully defended high-stakes cases (including putative class actions) by dismissal, summary judgment, and favorable trial verdicts. Doug’s work has been the subject of news articles in various publications, including The Daily Report and Law360. 

Doug was elected to and serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association’s Litigation Section.
