Before joining Caiola & Rose, Ben practiced law at top international law firms in New York and Atlanta. A seasoned litigator with over 12 years of trial practice experience, Ben represents clients in state and federal courts in a broad range of complex litigation, including franchising, intellectual property, real estate, antitrust, commercial contract disputes, product liability, and a variety of regulatory investigations. Ben’s successful track record is the result of his ability to apply creative thinking and investigatory approaches to winning strategies. He is an aggressive advocate who brings clarity and simplicity to legal and factual complexities.
